Sport massage

It is a fast and vigorous massage, on the whole body or on the area to be unloaded, accompanied by stretching.

Sport massage is a manual physical means to improve the performance and care of the athlete. It is applied with the aim of achieving optimal fitness, preventing and avoiding injuries, as well as accelerating their recovery.

The general aims are:


  • Preparing the tissues for sport effort, keeping them in an optimal estate.
  • Prevention of injuries both in training and competition.
  • Recovery of injures that may occur and of the athlete’s physical fitness.
